So every position requires good English communication skills including mine.In this job I lead a hiring team and be responsible for supporting staffer needs of the testing department.
The latter half of the year is the busiest period, because many new projects have been proceing.Almost all the project teams are short of hands.
Software outsourcing is an agreement that provides deadlines for completion of the work.If we could not find employable engineers in time, the vender must change the order to other competitory company.
In order to drive for quality hire with short cycle time.I communicate with testing projects leaders to know every projcet’s distinctive characteristic, technical details, position salary and tensity of the task.
Then list a rate of progre, arrange recruiters in charge of different project according this plan.
For expedite the recruiting progre, I also take on the role with responsibility for ADOBE and EMC (clients’ company).Define the job and recruiting action plan.
Choosing resumes, interviewing with candidates and commending qualified candidates to attend client’s final test are my daily grind, to most effectively coordinate with staffing procees.If the candidates pa the final test, we will announce correlative dept to transact procedure.Implement testing department staffing procees to ensure compliance.Up to last month our recruiter team has hired seventy eight qualified staffers including I found the nineteen engineers.

為了把我們所學到的英知識全面的結合起來，學院給我們安排了翻譯實習。讓我從翻譯中體會翻譯技巧，從而提高翻譯水平。同時，通過學習，培養我們的實際應用能力、團隊合作能力以及分析解決問題的能力。
此次我們的翻譯原是lucky in love，大約37張的英材料，分組進行翻譯，每組大概有四五人，每個人都有一項艱巨的任務。我想老師的安排不僅是想提高我們的翻譯水平，也想培養大家的合作能力吧！
lucky in love，這本書我粗略的看了一下，以我現在的水平，說實話看不太懂。我想原因是詞匯的缺乏，語法掌握不夠牢靠，還有就是對西方化了解不多。我被分配到翻譯第七章，這是個相當嚴峻的任務。剛開始我就不知道小說說的什么？只是大概知道與愛有關，畢竟題目是《幸運的愛》吧。不了解開頭講的什么就從中途看起，確實很難，所以我想上查一些有關小說的主要內容，我想或許是老師給我們的有一大考驗吧，上并沒有關于這本書的太多內容，所以我還是一知半解。只能硬著頭皮往下翻了，問題很多呀！先是詞匯，有太多的詞匯我部認識，要借助字典和絡，但問題是當你把意思套入句中翻譯時，你會覺得不那么準確，此時你就要想它的意譯了。這是一個比較難的地方。還有就是句中的形容詞與名詞太混了，分不清這也給翻譯帶來了很大的困難。我覺得最難得是句型的分析。我在這塊本來就很薄弱，句中的倒裝句和從句過多，導致我無從下手。我的先分析句型，在查單詞意思，最后在整合，所以浪費了很多的時間。而且當你把所翻譯的，在讀讀，卻又發現不通。看很是惱火啊！
花了很多時間也沒翻譯多少，有一段時間我都想放棄了，后來我們一組的翻譯開頭的同學翻譯結束后，交了稿，我看了一下，對章的內容有一個大概的了解了。我發現還是討論一下對各個人的翻譯比較。果然效果不錯，知道大概的內容之后，我的翻譯比較順暢了，雖然還是有不懂得地方，但明顯少了很多，而且速度也快了不少，慢慢地也上了軌道。通過這次翻譯，我學到了很多，我深刻的.了解到了我有很多的不足，所以下一個階段我要做很多的準備來迎接專業四級，首先，我要擴充自己的詞匯量，加大課外英的閱讀量，其次要系統的復習一下語法知識，多了解一下不同語境下地對話。還要，多看看外國的電影，初步定為50部，不僅要學習里面的英，更要了解其中的化。最后就是全面復習各種技能：聽力、寫作、語法、口語等。知道了我的這些不足之后，我會更加的努力彌補!爭取達到一個全新的高度！

This is a speech about practice report， in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience。
In the first summer vacation in the college， I changed 3 part—time jobs。 The first one was waiter； the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village （TTLV）； the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station。 Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part—time jobs and why do you want to change it？ Actually this is a good question。 Here are 3 reasons： first I want to speak English，second I want to practice English， third I want to use English。 This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter。 Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test。 Everything seems went smoothly， I started to work there in a few days later。 I was a teaching assistant there， I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class。 I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China。 So I lost， that seems God always take good care of me， one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days， that was my third job in that vacation。 I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there。 I worked there for 30 days， I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime。
In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV。 I was in the same position there， but different students and different teachers， so I made new friends， I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot， especially， Brad who is an American， so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family， he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad。
In this summer vacation， Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad。 I was lucky to be selected by him。 Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients。
Above all， I mentioned so much work experience of mine， almost are related to English， if I don’t know English， if I don’t speak， practice， and speak English I have nothing。 Actually I am not the best one among you， some of you are better than me， but you need to stand out to show yourself。 If you have no chance， make it； if you have a small chance， grab it and make it bigger and bigger。

This is a speech about practice report, in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience.
In the first summer vacation in the college, I changed 3 part-time jobs. During the last few months before graduation, I am responsible for the work as an administrative assistant. From the view of individual development, the greatest impact on me should be the personal working style and the important effect of professional knowledge to the job, since they are something I haven’t learned in school, in the report, I'll introduce my congnition and experience of this aspect firstly accumulated during internship.
According to the characteristics of an assistant, we may adjust our attitudes to alleviate the pressure and face setbacks. As the popular saying goes, " When God is going to give someone important tasks, he must suffer a lot, be exhausted, hungry and empty, God will disturb him and help him to be brilliant. "Analyze problems calmly from the objective and subjective aspects, goals, environment and conditions to find out the causes, taking effective remedial measures. Develop a dialectical view of setbacks and keep confident and optimistic, recognizing that it’s setbacks and lessons that make us become clever and mature, and failure eventually creates success. Learn self-comfort and tolerance to be forthright, positive and hard working. The secretarial management accuracy involvs many aspects, briefly speaking, it includes accurate documenting, proper acting, ture information and cautious ideas. For example, when doing documenting, we should ensure the quality of the file with accurate words, real material, serious copy and careful proofread to avoid any mistakes. Otherwise it will delay the work, or even lead to irreparable loss.
The process of internship is filled with joy of harvest and also regret. Perhaps it is because that the time is short and management is not my major, my understanding of administrative assistant work just stays at the surface, watching people do and listening to them about how to do without self-experience, which results in grasping its essence hardly. But the internship has deepened my understanding of some basic konwledge of secretary, enriched my actual management knowledge, gotten certain perceptual and rational congnition on the daily management work. To do the daily business secretarial management work well, we should not only pay attention to the theoretic knowledge of management, but also combine the theory and practice closely.

function and application of descriptive translation studies
1 introduction
the intention of this study is to explore possible advantages of descriptive translation studies as in its application in translation practice and translation analysis.
since early 20th century, translation studies gradually broke away from the marginal status within other related disciplines and established itself as an empirical science. from then on, schools of thought have kept coming out and each claims its legitimacy for existence. among these schools is descriptive translation studies (dts).
dts approaches translation from an empirical perspective. translation is viewed to be a social activity having significant importance in the receiving culture and for the target community. therefore, translation is dealt with beyond the linguistic realization and language comparison, and is incorporated in social and cultural context.
my attention was first directed to dts by its peculiar characteristic of observation, description and explanation. the subject is whatever happens in translation practice, from the determination of prospective function of translation to the process of translator&’s choice of strategies, brainstorming and the revision, to the final product making appearance in the target community.
the method of dts is basically descriptive. the prescriptive tendency and the problem-solution pattern is abandoned. translation phenomena are noted down. with accumulated data, some underlying truths about translation will come out which will prove to be instructive not only for theoretical probe but also for applied translation practice. i will apply this descriptive method in the case study of this thesis.
a convenient tool has been set up to conduct dts. norm is operative at every stage of description and explanation. function, process and product and their relationship as well are skeletal structure of what constitute descriptive studies. translation phenomena are accounted for with the help of norm.
the case taken in this thesis is the chinese classic the dream of red mansions. two english versions translated respectively by yang hsien-yi and david hawks are compared and observations are made in regard to their translation approaches.
in this regard, my observations are limited to several aspects, i hope in-depth observation and explanation will done in light of dts.
2 outline
2.1 development and major concepts of dts
in this part i will describe holms&’ basic map of dts and the relationship between function, process and product. i will also discuss some important concepts such as pseudo-translation, multiple translation, translationese, norm etc.
2.2 methodolgy
i will in this part discuss the methodology of dts before i apply the same to the case study in this thesis with emphasis to be placed on semiotic approach and the concept norm.
2.3 dts in contrast to other theories
a contrast study will be conducted here with the objective to find the difference of dts from other theories such as equivalence theory and the chinese xin da ya criteria. some advantage will possibly be shown in this study.
2.4 case study
in this part, translation of the dream of red mansions (also translated as the story of the stone) will be under investigation in light of dts. translation samples to be quoted here will be selected at random.
2.5 conclusion
based on the above elaboration of dts and the case study, possible conclusion will be on the advantage of dts in specific study of translation. suggestions on further research efforts will be made also.

大二的下學，我的職責是俄語翻譯，翻譯一些資料。實習的目的是增加社會實踐經驗，迅速將翻譯理論知識應用到實踐當中，并加強使用計算機和翻譯工具的能力。
翻譯實踐的過程中，我總結了4種必備的翻譯工具：一是靈格斯翻譯工具，里面可安裝簡明俄漢詞典、新俄漢詞典、大俄漢詞典、俄漢實用工業技術詞典；二是百度搜索工具；三是google搜索工具；四是яндех搜索工具——專業的俄搜索工具。翻譯的具體步驟可如下：首先可以現在靈格斯里查詢不懂的單詞或詞組，尋找最符合原的解釋。當然這只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少專業的科技詞典，在靈格斯往往是查詢不出所需的單詞或語義。于是，求助于google和яндех則是很有必要的。按照我自己的經驗來說，我采取同時在google和яндех搜索的做法，并對同種搜索工具搜索結果進行比較。它們有著各自的優缺點。google的優點是打開俄頁面的同時可以同時打開另外一個翻譯頁面，即google可以自動把頁面從來源語俄語翻譯成漢語，而缺點是經常發生翻譯錯誤，翻譯的可信度是50%。яндех的優點是用俄語詞組和句子解釋俄語詞匯，意義更準確，更貼近原，而缺點就是有時用于釋義的詞匯過于深奧，過于專業，相當于用更專業的`詞匯解釋專業詞匯，即難上加難。所以我認為最后就需要用到百度工具了。結合google和яндех的參考翻譯，用百度搜索翻譯過的專業詞匯，查看是否有相同或相近的專業用語，之后才確定出最準確的譯法。
自己校對，虛心地向本專業的老師和材料學院的老師請教。首先進行的自己去校對。原以為會限于“當局者迷”之說而不懂查看、修改自己的譯。但認真看完一遍譯之后才知道自己的眼睛還算是銳利的，檢查出不少錯誤。比如最明顯的一處是有一個句子翻譯得不通順，如果是一個沒看過原的人肯定是看不懂得。還有專業術語的譯錯。但錯的最離譜的是編輯排版上的錯誤。于是我反復對照原和譯之后，及時把發現的錯誤都改了過來。之后我找到了材料學院的一個同學，她的專業能力一直都是優異，她無疑是能夠幫我校對的幫手。我讓她幫我看我的譯，查找出不符合材料專業方面的詞匯或句子，并提出相關問題和相應地譯法建議，之后我根據她的意見參照原，采用了其中可取的建議。最后我就需要找本專業老師的對我進行針對性的指導了。我把之前摘錄在本子上的疑點。難點句一一請教老師，比如應該怎樣正確分析句子的結構，何種情況下采用拆分語義翻譯，何時應該直譯。老師講得很詳細很耐心，似乎想把自身積累下來的翻譯經驗全部都傳授給我了。此行確實受益匪淺，越來越明白到做一個合格的翻譯工作者不容易，要想做一個優秀的翻譯工作者則是更難了，必須同時具有高水平的語言能力和某一領域的專業知識。
經過幾天的翻譯工作，心里感觸良多，收獲也頗多，細細梳理了第一次真正的翻譯生涯，總結出了幾點體會。
1、翻譯的工作性質需要我們仔細、認真并且耐心。翻譯是一項慢中出細活的工作，要坐得住，穩得住，要一絲不茍地對待，字字斟酌，句句思量，嚴格遵守“信、雅、達”的翻譯標準，力求把譯翻譯得通順準確，忠實原。
2、俄語和其他學科知識的積累。毫無疑問，要想成為一個出色的翻譯工作者，就必須同時具有高水平的語言能力和某一領域的專業知識。這一次的翻譯實踐大大拓寬了我的視野，積累了不少專業的俄語詞匯，也逐漸認清科技俄語章的翻譯特點。
3、計算機操作能力提高，尤其是俄語打字的水平。現在翻譯章無不需要借助于電腦，翻譯的過程中直接考驗了一個人的打字水平，現在我的俄打字速度已經相當快了，即使沒有俄鍵盤照樣能熟練打字。
4、增加了做一個合格翻譯工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻譯實踐就得到了褒獎，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，對自己的翻譯生涯充滿了熱切的期待。也許我不是天才，不能一下子就成為優秀的翻譯者，但我愿意先從一個合格的翻譯者做起，從合格到優秀，一直努力，一直在進步，這才是我一生所應該追求的夢想。
總而言之，實習是我通向職業之路的踏腳板，翻譯助我通往人生的成功之路。
